These are special times. People are being put in quarantines and are being told to work from home. Therefore, we have some awesome tips on how you can work remotely with Autodesk software.
Standalone licenses:
On a subscription with single-user access
You can install your software on up to 3 devices, but only one instance of the software can be active at any given time. After launching your product, sign in as normal with your Autodesk ID on any device you’re working on. If your company is using a proxy server, you need to bypass the proxy server. Refer to this article for more information.
On a maintenance plan
Use your serial number to activate software on home computers. Only one instance of the software can be active at any given time, either at work or at home.
Network License:
To activate software at home, if you have subscriptions with multi-user access or a maintenance plan with a network license, you must request a license or borrow one from the server.
Connect to your company network via a VPN. Borrow a license from the license server.
